Position Summary

We’re looking for friendly and dependable Wait Staff / Servers to join our team! In this role, you’ll provide excellent service to residents and guests by taking orders, delivering meals, and creating a warm, welcoming dining experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with seniors and being part of a supportive team.

What You’ll Do

• Greet residents and guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver meals to dining areas and resident floors in a timely manner
• Provide menu information and make recommendations as needed
• Ensure tables are properly set and dining areas remain clean and organized
• Clear dishes and reset tables between courses
• Assist with dishwashing, restocking, and general kitchen/dining room cleaning
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work closely with kitchen and serving staff as part of a team
• Assist residents as needed (ex: walking with a cane/walker)

Qualifications

• No prior experience required—training provided!
• Basic math and communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed
• Experience with food service or customer service is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing and walking
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Bending, reaching, and carrying trays
• Working in a fast-paced environment with frequent movement

Work Environment

• Indoor setting within dining rooms and kitchen areas
• Exposure to heat from dishwashers and kitchen equipment
• Use of cleaning chemicals and food service equipment
