Duties

• Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address clients’ specific needs.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual wellness goals and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Deliver esthetic services such as facials, skin analysis, and other skincare treatments to improve skin health and appearance.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, occupational health practices, and lifestyle adjustments for ongoing wellness.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to all health and safety protocols.
• Document treatment details accurately using medical terminology and physiology knowledge for client records.
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively, answering questions clearly, and ensuring client comfort throughout each session.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist and Esthetician with active certification.
• Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and delivering effective massage therapy including deep tissue and trigger point techniques.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and occupational health principles relevant to massage therapy and skincare.
• Prior experience working in a med spa or similar setting is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients about treatment options and health considerations.
• Commitment to ongoing learning about new therapies, techniques, and industry standards.
