How You’ll Make An Impact
As a Flaker Operator you will be driving excellence from our production floor. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you will:
- Safely work around industrial equipment using the proper PPE and safety procedures.
- Accurately load material into containers with the specified weight.
- Properly label of container and record weight of the container.
- Ensure containers are set up to meet production needs.
- Perform safety inspections of area and/or equipment and report any unsafe concerns to supervisor/manager.
- General housekeeping of work area and surrounding area to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Consistently provide superior customer service.
- Operate forklift.
- High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited school.
- Experience with Forklifts and other industrial equipment.
- Experience using math, reading and computer skills in an industrial setting.
- Previous experience with respirators is a plus.
- Previous experience in a chemical manufacturing facility is a plus.
- Previous experience with SAP is a plus

- Will be subject to extended periods of climbing ladders and stairways, sitting, walking, standing, bending, stopping, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, moving, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
- Must be willing/able to work in a warehouse environment and outdoors inclement weather.
- Safely work independently and around others by following all required procedures.
- Willing to work up to 12-hour shifts, overtime, and holidays as needed.
- Maintain clean shaven appearance to allow for respirator usage, if required
