Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments using RF scanners and manual handling techniques, verifying quantities and inspecting for damages.
- Organize and stock products efficiently on shelves or storage areas, ensuring accurate placement according to inventory control standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and updates in inventory management systems.
- Assist with packaging and preparing items for shipment or sale, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays and ensuring the store environment remains clean and inviting.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shipping & receiving processes while adhering to safe lifting practices and manual handling procedures.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and RF scanner technology.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and product placement.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper ergonomic practices.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse team members and customers.
- Prior warehouse experience or retail sales background is preferred to understand product flow and customer service needs.
- Effective communication skills combined with teamwork orientation to support a fast-paced environment focused on safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
