The Loveless Cafe team is looking for upbeat, customer-focused Servers who can bring our signature hospitality to life for every guest. If you’ve got a warm smile, a friendly attitude, and a knack for making people feel right at home, we want you on our team!

Starting pay: $12 - $14 per hour DOE bonuses each pay period

• We're located in West Bellevue - please make sure you're comfortable with the commute before applying.

Your Day-to-Day as a Loveless Cafe Greeter:

• Greet and seat guests, present menus to guests, informs them of specials and soup of the day
• All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction - Always strive to exceed our guest's expectations
• Take names on a waiting list
• Run the floor plan board
• Observe tables and keep track of clean, dirty and occupied tables
• Take guest information and quote wait times to guests accurately when tables are not immediately available
• Clean, organize and stock menus at host area
• Answer phone and questions concerning the menu and restaurant
• Interact with guests coming in and as they leave the restaurant to ensure a positive dining experience
• Fill To-Go orders, if applicable
• Maintain restrooms throughout shift
• Sweep foyer and front entrance area frequently
• Other duties as directed

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have previous experience as a Greeter/Host or similar
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Can stand, bend, reach, and move comfortably during a full shift
• Have strong people skills and enjoy connecting with guests
• Are dependable, punctual, and willing to work a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends & holidays)

• Being multilingual
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A passion for Southern food and hospitality
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Work Requirements include:

• Must be able to stand during entire shifts (up to 8 hours)
• Must be able to reach, bend and stoop frequently
• Must be able to carry 20 lb. highchairs up to 10 times per shift
