What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Concierge position at THE LOT City Center?

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Sell tickets at the box office and over the phone.
- Determine and collect appropriate fees, guide guest decisions and issue tickets.
- Process and verify credit card purchases.
- Provide customer service to guests with ticketing issues, including lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
- Answer box office telephone and respond to customer questions regarding events, ticket operations, and assist guests in finding seat locations on seating diagrams.
- Operate POS ticketing system.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service, ticket sales, or clerical related work experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be friendly and capable in engaging in conversations with guests.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Type: Part-time
