Unarmed Security Officer – Corporate Environment

Position Overview
The Unarmed Security Officer plays a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and team members. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate with professionalism in a corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, high-level customer service to clients, visitors, and employees
- Manage front desk operations including access control and visitor processing
- Maintain accurate records, including access logs, reports, and incident documentation
- Monitor CCTV systems and electronic communications as required
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas in accordance with post orders
- Observe, identify, and report irregular activity or security concerns
- Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and escalations
- Prepare clear, detailed, and accurate daily activity reports
- Maintain effective communication with site leadership and operations teams
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year of customer service or related experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor with the ability to remain composed under pressure
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong and stable work history preferred
- Must successfully pass background screening and drug testing
