What You'll Do 

• Welcome employees, executives, and visitors with exceptional customer service. 

• Manage visitor registration and access control. 

• Issue visitor badges and maintain access records. 

• Monitor CCTV and security systems. 

• Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols. 

• Respond professionally to incidents and emergencies. 

• Complete daily activity and incident reports. 

• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.

Preferred Qualifications 

• At least 1 year of experience in security, hospitality, customer service, reception, or a similar professional role. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and email. 

• Experience with access control, visitor management, or CCTV is a plus. 

• Professional appearance with excellent customer service skills. 

• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. 

Minimum Requirements 

• Must be at least 18 years old. 

• High school diploma or GED. 

• Authorized to work in the United States. 

• Reliable transportation to Downtown Pittsburgh. 

• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol throughout the shift. 

• Strong communication and report-writing skills. 

• Stable work history demonstrating reliability. 

• Successfully pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening. 

• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with a corporate environment.
