Your Role

As a Corporate Security Professional, you will serve as a key representative of M1 Global while protecting our client’s employees, visitors, property, and facilities. You will provide a high level of security and customer service while maintaining a professional presence in a corporate environment.

Visitor Management & Access Control

• Greet employees, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.

• Verify identification and authorization for entry.

• Manage visitor check-in and check-out procedures.

• Issue visitor badges and provide directions or assistance as needed.

• Maintain accurate visitor and access-control records.

• Enforce client security policies and procedures.

Security & Surveillance

• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, access control systems, and other security technology.

• Conduct routine security patrols and inspections of assigned areas.

• Identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and security concerns.

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence.

• Communicate effectively with the security team and client personnel.

Incident Response & Reporting

• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies.

• Assist with emergency procedures, evacuations, fire drills, and other life-safety situations.

• Provide appropriate assistance during medical emergencies and other incidents.

• Document incidents, observations, and security activities accurately and thoroughly.

• Escalate significant incidents to M1 Global leadership and client representatives as required.

Customer Service & Communication

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and guests.

• Answer questions and calls professionally.

• Communicate security procedures and policies clearly and respectfully.

• Maintain a calm, professional demeanor in challenging situations.

• Build positive working relationships with client personnel and the M1 Global team.

Package & Facility Security

• Receive, inspect, and document deliveries in accordance with client procedures.

• Monitor designated delivery and loading areas.

• Assist with maintaining a secure and orderly corporate environment.

• Promote security awareness among employees and visitors.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in corporate security, security operations, law enforcement, military, corrections, hospitality, loss prevention, or a related field preferred.

• Strong situational awareness and the ability to recognize and assess potential security concerns.

• Experience with or ability to learn CCTV, access control, visitor management, and alarm systems.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Ability to enforce security policies with firmness, professionalism, and diplomacy.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to remain calm and composed during emergencies and high-pressure situations.

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and conduct routine patrols.

• Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a professional security team.
