The Los Angeles Rams Community Coaches are dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality programs that inspire and educate young people. As a Football Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of football programs, including setting up and running drills and activities, teaching the fundamentals of football, character development, leadership skills, and promoting community and inclusion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing on-site functions of skill camps, in-school assemblies, PLAY 60 Field Days, football tournaments, and clinics
- Creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm, moral character, teamwork, competitiveness, and fun
- Working with staff, players, and coaches to deliver high-quality programs
- Ensuring participant safety and well-being
