The Loop Pizza Grill is seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Kernersville team. Known for our signature salads, burgers, pizzas, and shakes, we are looking for a leader who is committed to exceptional service, product quality, strong customer engagement, and fostering a positive work environment.
Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a restaurant operator with strong sales abilities and a focus on enhancing the guest experience both in-store and off-site
- Hands-on food preparation experience with the ability to effectively train, coach, and lead team members in both front- and back-of-house roles
- A leadership style that sets a high standard in appearance, communication, professionalism, and commitment to quality
- Ability to uphold and enforce all company policies and procedures
- Strong sense of urgency and a proactive, hands-on approach in a fast-paced food service environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $1,000.00 per week
