We are looking for passionate, hardworking individuals to join our Back of House (BOH) team and help us maintain our high standards of food quality and kitchen efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Assist in the daily preparation of ingredients (chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and protein prep) according to our recipes and standards.
- Line Cooking: Execute menu items consistently and efficiently during service hours.
- Quality Control: Ensure all food is handled and stored following food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workstation; assist with dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Chef and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
