We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Patient Care Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for patients at our practice. This role is responsible for ensuring a positive and seamless experience for patients from the moment they arrive until their services are completed. The ideal Patient Care Coordinator will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a genuine desire to assist patients in achieving their aesthetic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction:
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide information about services, treatments, and products offered at The Look.
- Answer patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a friendly and professional manner.
Appointment Management:
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Send reminders for upcoming appointments and follow-up communications after services.
Patient Education:
- Educate patients about procedures, skincare, and pre/aftercare instructions.
- Assist patients in filling out necessary forms and documentation prior to their appointments.
Patient Flow and Provider Support:
- Communicate with clinical staff to minimize downtime and ensure timely transitions between patients.
- Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain consistency, professionalism, and a high standard of care.
- Address any patient concerns and work with clinical staff towards effective solutions.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks related to patient management.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries as needed.
- Gather feedback from patients regarding their experiences and suggest improvements.
- Participate in staff meetings and events.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous healthcare or customer service role is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using computer systems and scheduling software.
- Ability to handle patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Knowledge of aesthetic procedures and treatments is a plus.
- Passion for skincare and aesthetics.
