Order Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Manager to oversee the lifecycle of customer orders from order entry through production and final delivery. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, sales, production, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure projects are executed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate combines strong order management and customer service skills with experience supporting custom-manufactured products. Experience in either the tent, shelter, fabric structure, event rental industry or the graphics, signage, display, visual branding, printing, or manufacturing industry is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle, from project kickoff through production, delivery, and completion.
• Coordinate with sales, production, procurement, engineering, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of customer projects.
• Monitor order status, production schedules, inventory availability, and project milestones.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding order updates, timelines, project requirements, and issue resolution.
• Review customer specifications, requirements, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy before production begins.
• Maintain accurate order records within ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
• Identify potential delays or challenges and work cross-functionally to implement solutions.
• Manage multiple projects, orders, and customer requests simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Support a superior customer experience by providing responsive communication, follow-up, and project ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience in Order Management, Customer Operations, Project Coordination, Inside Sales, Production Coordination, or a related role.
• Experience in a manufacturing, custom products, project-based, or production environment.
• Industry experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred:
• Tents, shelters, fabric structures, event rentals, awnings, tensile structures, or related products.
• Signage, displays, graphics, printing, visual branding, experiential marketing, retail environments, or related industries.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, along with ERP and CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Benefits and Compensation

The full pay range for this position is $24.00-$35.00 per hour, with a target hiring range of $26.00-$28.00 per hour. Placement within the range will depend on experience, industry knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
