Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, process payments, and give correct change.
• Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with stocking the food preparation area, bussing tables, and setting up dining areas.

Experience

• No previous experience in food service necessary.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest rapport quickly.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques is ideal.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling tasks are essential for accuracy.
