Social Media Content Creator (Part-Time)
Location: San Diego, CA (local candidates only)
Pay: $22-28/hour
Schedule: 15 hours a week with future potential to increase in hours; hours split across three properties with most time at Loma Club in Liberty Station (Point Loma, San Diego)
About the Role
We're looking for a social media content creator to join our team at Goff Company. You’ll be capturing content across several entities: Loma Club Golf Course, Orchard Hill Country Inn, and The Oaks Retreat Center. This is a hands-on, camera-in-hand role. The vast majority of your time will be spent creating content (filming, editing, shooting reels), rather than simply scheduling posts or building out complex marketing strategies. If you love being behind the camera, capturing fun moments, and turning them into scroll-stopping short-form video, this role might be for you.
What You'll Do
- Create short-form video content (reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes clips) primarily on-site at each property
- Time split roughly weighted by priority: majority of hours at Loma Club, Goff Family Pumpkin Patch (seasonal), then The Oaks, then Orchard Hill Country Inn (specific weekly/monthly quantities to be set)
- Capture everyday moments, events, and property highlights: golf, parties, retreats, hospitality life
- Editing and captioning for platform-ready posts
- Collaborate with property teams to know what's happening and worth filming

Ideal Candidate
- Lives in or near San Diego and can commute to properties in Liberty Station, Julian, and Ramona
- Genuinely enjoys creating video content
- Comfortable being behind (and sometimes in front of) the camera
- Reliable, self-starting, good eye for fun/authentic moments
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, native Instagram/TikTok tools, or similar)
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
