Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, managing bar operations, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock and placing orders as necessary.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using Toast POS systems.
- Training new bartenders on food handling practices, drink preparation, and customer service techniques.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards throughout all bar operations.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, address inquiries, and promote menu items.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending required; experience in restaurant management is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
