Job Summary – Qualified Social Service Director

Our Qualified Social Service Director champions resident advocacy, customer service, and individualized care plans. The Qualified Social Services Director will plan, organize, implement, and evaluate the overall operation of the facility’s Social Services Department by current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and according to the facility's established policies and procedures.

Requirements – Qualified Social Service Director:

• A licensed social worker in the State of Illinois OR
• A bachelor’s degree in social work or a human services field, AND
• At least 1 year of supervised social work experience in a healthcare setting working directly with individuals
