Job Summary – Certified Dietary Manager
The Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) oversees all aspects of our Food Services Department. This role is responsible for organizing, planning, directing, and supervising dietary operations to ensure high-quality food service and nutritional care for our residents.
Requirements
- Must hold (or be able to obtain) one of the following: Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Associate degree in Food Service Management or Nutrition (DT or DTR), or Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work positively and professionally with residents, families, and staff.
Certified Dietary Manager can start as early as NEXT WEEK!
