About the Role
Room Attendants are responsible for cleaning guest rooms to hotel standards, reporting maintenance needs, and supporting a smooth and positive stay for every guest. You’ll work closely with your housekeeping team and supervisors to ensure rooms are ready, safe, and beautifully prepared.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Use proper cleaning chemicals and follow safety guidelines.
- Replace linens, towels, amenities, and supplies.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all areas of the room.
- Report maintenance issues or damages through our property management system.
- Keep your cart and work areas organized and stocked.
- Assist guests with simple requests and communicate any concerns to your supervisor.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout your shift.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Traits
- Ability to communicate with team members and guests.
- Physically able to clean up to 16 rooms per shift.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Experience
- Previous housekeeping or hotel room attendant experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of safe chemical handling.
