PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITION PURPOSE:
The Groundsperson is responsible for maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and overall upkeep of outdoor property areas to ensure a safe, welcoming, and visually appealing environment for guests and staff. This position supports daily grounds maintenance operations, seasonal landscaping, and general exterior property care throughout the resort.

- Maintain lawns, gardens, walkways, parking areas, and outdoor guest spaces
- Perform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, watering, planting, and weed control -Remove trash, debris, snow, and ice from outdoor areas as needed -Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely
- Assist with seasonal property maintenance and outdoor projects
- Monitor grounds for safety hazards and report maintenance concerns-Support setup and breakdown of outdoor events and activities when required -Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance and storage areas -always Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Work collaboratively with maintenance and management teams.
