Responsibilities
- Assist with facilitation of rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical or mental disabilities
- Assist with implementation of physical therapy care plans
- Assist with coordination of care with entire care team
- Communicating effectively with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, office support and other care team members
Must Haves
- PTA -Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Texas
- Skilled Nursing, Healthcare (Long Term Care) or Veterans Home experience highly preferred
- Experience with EMR
- Truly cares for people and will go above and beyond to provide outstanding patient care
