We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Lodge at Mills River. Key Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
· Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to physicians as needed
· Develop and implement individualized care plans
· Supervise and support CNAs and other healthcare staff
· Educating patients and families on treatment plans and wellness strategies
· Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Qualifications & Skills of Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
· Active RN License
· Experience in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting preferred but not required
· Strong communication and critical thinking skills
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
