What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Laborer position at The Lodge at Blue Sky?
The duties and responsibilities included maintaining a clean, safe and efficient construction site while also supporting the overall projects.
Responsibilities:
- Site Prep and Cleanup: Cleaning debris, preparing surfaces, and keeping the site safe.
- Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and moving supplies, tools and equipment.
- Assisting Trades: Supporting carpenters, electricians, masons with their tasks.
- Tool Operation: Using hand tools (shovels, hammers) and some power tools.
- Site Work: Digging trenches, setting forms for concrete, erecting scaffolding, and demolition.
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Qualifications:
- One or more years of general maintenance experience.
- Ability to maintain and operate equipment and machinery.
- Complete strenuous and physically demanding tasks for long hours and in extreme environmental conditions.
- Requires lifting and carrying weights in excess of 50 pounds.
