The Lockwood Group is seeking an ATOM Instructor to provide expert training and support to US Army personnel. The instructor will be responsible for delivering hands-on and classroom-based instruction on ATOM software, previously the Joint Enterprise Network Management, which is critical for configuring, managing, and maintaining tactical radio networks. This role requires technical expertise in network operations, tactical communications, and Army mission command systems.

The Lockwood Group is seeking an ATOM Instructor to provide expert training and support to US Army personnel. This role requires technical expertise in network operations, tactical communications, and Army mission command systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ATOM training for soldiers, leaders, and network administrators to enhance operational readiness.
- Develop and deliver course materials, lesson plans, and practical exercises aligned with Army training requirements.
- Provide hands-on instruction on radio configuration, frequency management, network troubleshooting, and security protocols.
- Assist units with real-world network setup, sustainment, and integration into operational environments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to improve knowledge retention and skill development.
- Stay up to date with ATOM software updates, Army communication policies, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with military stakeholders to refine training programs and ensure mission effectiveness.
- 5 years of experience in tactical network management, communications, or Army signal operations.
- In-depth knowledge of ATOM or JENM software, tactical radios, and networking protocols.
- Experience working with U.S. Army tactical communications, WIN-T, or related mission command systems.
- Prior experience as an instructor, trainer, or technical expert supporting Army Signal or Communications units.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Active Secret Clearance
- 65k to 75k

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
