Weekend Server – Grow Into a Lead Server / Manager Role
We're looking for an experienced Weekend Server to join our family-owned wine bar and restaurant. This position is Friday and Saturday evenings, with Saturday nights focused on training to become our a Weekend Manager on Duty.
In addition to server shifts, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a leadership role quickly. On manager on duty shifts, you'll help oversee the dining room and bar, support the team, and handle closing responsibilities.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous full-service restaurant serving experience required
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent guest service
- Interest in leadership and taking on additional responsibilities
- Wine knowledge is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
- Friday and Saturday evening availability is required (3pm-11pm)
- *Higher pay for manager-on-duty shifts, vs server shifts
Location: The Local on State Street 5616 W State St.
We're a family-owned wine bar and eatery with a made-from-scratch kitchen, located just off State Street.
