We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Expo/Kitchen Crew Member to help keep the line moving and the plates looking sharp.
Responsibilities:
-read and organize tickets accurately and quickly
-assemble and plate dishes consistently
-double-check presentation and accuracy before food is sent out
-prepare condiments, make toast & assist with prep as needed
-follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
What we're looking for:
-previous kitchen experience or restaurant experience required
-comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
-strong attention to detail and timing
-dependable, punctual, and able to communicate clearly
-someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience - even behind the scenes
