The Local Hub is a small local establishment that loves to put goodness out into the world with the love we put into our food. We also try to create an outlet for local farmers and artisans to let others know who they are, and where to get their merchandise. We provide stellar service with a smile and excellent food made with love. We make good food and we do it with a smile:). Also, from scratch baked goods, all our breads and pastries are made in house, small bar, and cafe.
Your responsibilities are to prepare orders on the line with a cool head. Keep your line stocked and clean. Help with dishes. Help with prep. Cleaning. We are a small but high paced cafe. You have to be able to stay calm with a line of tickets staring you in the face, smile, and give good customer service and be a team player. It is an open concept kitchen, so you also have to do this with respect and couth. You also have to maintain integrity on the daily.
