$23–$28/hour bonus opportunities
4–5 days per week | 7–8 hour shifts
The Local Dentist is looking for an exceptional Dental Assistant who wants more than just another assisting job.

Compensation & Schedule
- $23–$28/hour, based on experience, clinical skills, and expertise
- 4–5 days per week
- Typical workdays are 7–8 hours

What You'll Do
You'll work closely with our doctors and clinical team to provide an excellent patient experience while helping keep the clinical day organized, efficient, and enjoyable.
Our practice provides a wide variety of treatment, so you'll have opportunities to assist with and become highly proficient in:
- Restorative dentistry and crown & bridge
- Extractions and oral surgery
- Implant dentistry
- Clear aligner orthodontics
- Digital dentistry and scanning
- Dental sleep medicine
- Airway and TMJ treatment
Who We're Looking For
We care about clinical ability, but we care just as much about finding someone who makes the entire team better.
Our ideal candidate has:
- 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Dependability and punctuality
- High standards for cleanliness and clinical organization
- A flexible, patient-first attitude
- Confidence assisting with common restorative procedures
- A genuine desire to continue learning and improving
Experience with sleep apnea/TMJ treatment, implants, digital dentistry, orthodontics, or Oryx software is a plus, but it isn't required. We'll train the right person.
