We manufacture and distribute innovative drink mix products from our FDA-registered, cGMP-certified facility, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Compliance Specialist who is passionate about food and beverage safety and thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Position Overview
The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring our operations and products consistently meet FDA, cGMP, and food safety regulations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in food, beverage, or nutritional supplement manufacturing, especially dry powder or stick-pack production.
We’re looking for a highly motivated individual who can work independently and also take on responsibilities in workplace safety and basic HR functions, helping to maintain a safe, compliant, and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance with FDA, cGMP, FSMA, and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain and update SOPs, training programs, and compliance documentation.
- Conduct regular internal audits and prepare for third-party audits/inspections.
- Monitor and enforce workplace safety protocols (OSHA compliance).
- Manage incident reporting, corrective actions, and safety training.
- Support HR functions including onboarding, training, and compliance-related employee matters.
- Partner with leadership to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Compliance, or related field (preferred, but equivalent experience considered).
- 3 years of compliance or quality assurance experience in food, beverage, supplement, or CPG manufacturing (dry powders/stick packs a strong plus).
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMP standards, and food safety systems.
- Experience with OSHA safety programs and workplace safety compliance.
- HR/generalist experience or willingness to support HR functions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, growing business.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
