Job Opening: Full-Time Wellness Associate

Location: The Living Springs Wellness Lounge

The Living Springs is seeking a passionate and motivated Full-Time Wellness Associate to join our team. If you are energetic, enjoy working with people, excel in sales, and have an interest in alternative therapies, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

· Strong sales experience with the ability to build genuine connections with guests. (At least 1 year of sales experience)

· Excellent multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

· Genuine interest in alternative therapies and wellness practices.

· Willingness to learn software systems for scheduling, guest management, and reporting.

· Proficient in using computer systems for check-in/check-out processes.

· Front desk, guest coordination skills are required.

· Ability to learn and operate therapies, including understanding their background, benefits, contraindications, and safe use.

· Weekend availability is required.

· Flexible schedule, including early mornings and shifts up to 9 PM.

· Assist with cleaning and setting up therapy rooms to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.

· Provide guided tours of the facility and explain our story and services to guests.

· Answer guest inquiries, phone calls, and schedule appointments.

· Demonstrate quick thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.

· Work creatively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

· Show strong communication skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure.

· Eagerness to learn new procedures and technologies in the wellness field.

· Must be passionate about helping people and creating an uplifting guest experience.

· Display critical thinking and adaptability in handling guest needs and challenges.

· Eager to learn and grow with the company.

Job Type: Full Time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week Shift:

· 10 hour shifts

· 4-8 hour shifts

· Day shifts

· Evening Shifts

Weekly day range:

· Sunday – Saturday

· Weekends (Shorter Hours)
