Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take and prepare beverage orders with precision and care.
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and address customer inquiries or concerns
Barista Duties:
- Expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and more.
- Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Keep the coffee preparation area clean and well-stocked.
Server Responsibilities:
- Take food orders and deliver them to customers in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Provide attentive service and address customer needs throughout their dining experience.
Maintaining Cleanliness:
- Keep the dining and service areas clean and organized.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and sanitary environment.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista or server preferred, but not required.
- Passion for coffee and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
