Role Description
This is a part-time to full-time (flexible) on-site role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at The Little Years Therapy Co. located in Tampa, FL. The role will involve providing occupational therapy services to the pediatric population, focusing on sensory integration, early intervention, and pediatric care. This role requires home, daycare, school and/or clinic visits in our sensory gym space. Reliable transportation, time management, and efficient communication with parents for scheduling and coaching model approaches necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience in Early Intervention and working with children
- Passion for helping children reach their developmental milestones
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Reliable transportation
- Valid drivers license
- Clear background check with no criminal history
