Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. This role includes greeting customers, offering product recommendations, and delivering attentive, friendly service to families and caregivers. Daily responsibilities involve assisting with purchases at the register, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining an organized, visually appealing sales floor. The Sales Associate will restock merchandise, support inventory tasks, and help prepare displays to highlight new products and seasonal collections. The role also involves answering customer inquiries in store and by phone, and collaborating with the team to ensure a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer service and retail sales skills, with the ability to build rapport and support a positive shopping experience.
