Desired Qualifications:
2 to 5 years of experience
Some college
Pediatric CPR and First Aid Certified
12 Essential ECE/ED Units -
- 3 Units in Child Development
- 3 Units in Curriculum
- 3 Units in Child, Family, and Community
- 3 Units in an ECE/ED elective of your choice
-Must have experience in all-day daycare with infants and toddlers
-Must have experience coaching/training/motivating assistants.
-Must be an expert in diapering, feeding, and putting babies for nap
-Must be an expert in cleaning and organizing a space
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, responsive care for infants in a nurturing and structured environment
- Follow individualized schedules for feeding, sleeping, and developmental needs
- Support early developmental milestones through sensory play, tummy time, and age-appropriate
activities
- Build strong bonds with each infant through consistent, loving, responsive caregiving
- Maintain detailed daily communication with parents regarding feeding, sleep, and overall well-being
- Conduct developmental observations and quarterly assessments
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment following licensing regulations
- Supervise and support classroom staff to maintain high-quality infant care standards
