The Little Learning Academy is looking for an organized, dependable, and energetic Admin Support/Campus Coordinator to join our leadership support team.
The ideal candidate has a passion for early childhood education and enjoys working directly with children, teachers, and families. This is a hands-on position that combines administrative responsibilities with classroom and campus support.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily center operations and the administrative team
- Ensuring center policies, procedures, and licensing standards are followed
- Assisting with student files, paperwork, filing, and other administrative tasks
- Supporting teachers with classroom needs, behaviors, transitions, and daily routines
- Conducting classroom and building compliance checks
- Helping create and coordinate fun activities, special events, and programs for children
- Communicating professionally with families and staff
- Assisting with closing procedures and stepping into classrooms as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of administrative or leadership experience in a licensed childcare center preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Dependable, proactive, and able to multitask
- Knowledge of childcare licensing standards and procedures
- Comfortable working directly with children of all ages
- Willing to jump in and help wherever needed
