What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Lead Teacher position at The Little House Learning Center?
Minimum 3-year experience working with kids - Qualities: great team player, leadership skills, communicative, punctual, caring - Able to maintain tidiness and cleanliness of classroom - Great communication skills with others (children, staff, parents, etc.). The Preschool Lead Teacher is responsible for planning, assessing, and instructing 3-year-olds based on each child's needs and the program's requirements.
Must have one of the following: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, approved related degree/ Preeschool CDA, or TCC
-Must pass the background check or be portable
-Must be willing to complete DECAL training or be current already
-CPR and first aid certified or willing to do it immediately
-Working on Quality rated; must be willing to follow all new guidelines
-Great references and work history
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
