Step 2: Job Summary
We are seeking a rockstar team member to join our team in our fast-paced, high-energy children's programs. The Little Gym of WEstminster is seeking an Gymnastics Coach to teach and manage our parent-child, preschool and grade school programs. Turn your positive energy into a rewarding job that's challenging every day. You will be part of a small family-owned business.

General responsibilities include:

• Teaching classes
• Providing outstanding member service and making long-lasting member relationships
• Selling the program to new and existing customers
• Expect to spend a lot of time learning to teach exceptional classes. Working in a small business will also give you an opportunity to develop entrepreneurial and creative skills to grow the business and the team! Step 3: Ideal Candidate:
You can impact hundreds of local families and children each week! The Little Gym team members must demonstrate passion for children, physical fitness, health & wellness, and building relationships with customers. Selling the program is a crucial part of this job as well. Candidates with strong communication skills who can convey benefits and find out customers' motivations for their inquiry are invaluable to the success of the gym. Coaching experience and working with groups of children required.

• Qualifications and Skills
• Friendly, positive, can do attitude!
• Management experience
• Experience coaching gymnastics to children ages 6-12
• Experience coaching sports, dance, gymnastics, or swimming to groups of children ages 3-5
• Experience working with parent/child ages 4 months to 36 months
• Sincere love of children
• Experience working with children (examples include preschool teacher or assistant, daycare, sports camps or similar experience)
• Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, exercise science, kinesiology, or related field)
• High energy and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong work ethic
• Eager to learn and grow
• Weekday and Weekend Availability
• Clean background check
• Integrity
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Willingness to learn
