As an Instructor at The Little Gym, you'll play a vital role in introducing children to the joy of learning and movement in our unique, fun-filled environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching engaging and exciting classes using our proven curriculum and teaching methods (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!).
• Creating a warm, fun, and educational atmosphere for children in every class.
• Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a memorable membership experience for families.
• Treating every child and every class like it’s their first day—every week!
• Helping children build confidence, develop new skills, and leave each class feeling like a superstar.

You’ll be a great fit for our team if:

• You love having fun, giving high-fives, and playing like a kid.
• You’re passionate about making others feel good and thrive on building relationships.
• Kids adore you, and their parents do too.
• You know how to balance fun with focus and can buckle down when it’s time to work.
• A background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus (but not required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know!).

We’re looking for team members who can work various weeknights and weekends. Flexibility is key, and we’ll work with you to create a schedule that works for everyone.
