For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʼ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe. What You'll Do
- Lead fun, high-energy gymnastics classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years.
- Create a safe, encouraging environment where every child can build confidence and develop new skills.
- Coach and mentor other instructors while helping maintain exceptional class quality.
- Build positive relationships with families and provide outstanding customer service.
- Help create unforgettable experiences through classes, camps, birthday parties, and special events.
- Gymnastics experience required.
- Leadership experience or the desire to grow into a leadership role.
- A passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
- High energy, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
