Job Summary
The Gym Director is a full-time career-level position, responsible for the overall performance of The Little Gym location. The Gym Director reports directly to the owner of The Little Gym of Scottsdale location and will have the opportunity to help manage a team of 5-7 instructors. Hourly rate negotiable based on prior experience. In addition to hourly pay rate, opportunity to earn Sales Bonus Incentives as gym hits membership sales goals.

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʼ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe. Responsibilities
- Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
- Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none
- Help run the gym, manage day-to-day operations alongside owner
- Hire, manage, and oversee the training of staff
- Help support wit marketing channel activities
- Maintain facility and equipment
- Sell The Little Gym program to new customers: excite and invite all new customers to become part of The Little Gym family!
- A background in child development, physical education, occupational therapy, and/or gymnastics, dance or sports is a plus
- Customer service experience a plus
- Management experience a plus
- Sales experience a plus
- Excellent time management skills
- Great attitude and strong work ethic
- Love to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smile
- Morning shifts: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM
- Evening shifts: 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
- Weekend classes and birthday parties may vary, as needed
