What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kids Activities Instructor/ Coach position at The Little Gym of Green Bay?
We are searching for a team member to lead and assist some seriously fun classes with our little ones! If you love kids and are looking for an exciting job where you can help people every day, you may be the person we are looking for!
What we expect from you...
- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
- Lead/Manage some of our weekend birthday parties.
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
- Must love kids – especially while making them feel pride in the effort they put in.
You’ll fit in here if…
- You love working with children. (A background in child care, physical education and/or gymnastics helps as well).
- You love to have fun, but you know when to buckle down and get to work.
- You're able to learn our curriculum each week, and teach it, while also adding extra fun ideas, using your own personality and experience.

- Morning classes and/or evening classes, weekends, & birthday parties
