As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe. Responsibilities:
- Enthusiastically teach great classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
- Work with the Gym Director and Owner to lead and manage a team
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
- Oversee the full of breadth of offered programs and curriculum to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym are met in every class, every program, every day
- Excite and inspire team members to be their best and teach their best classes
- Oversee training and evaluation of team members
- Maintain facility and equipment
- Collaborate with the Gym Director in developing and inspiring a team atmosphere
- Assist the Gym Director in managing day to day operations
- Participate in grass roots marketing events
- Customer service experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Great attitude and strong work ethic
- Love to have fun and not only smiles easily but also finds joy in making others smile
- A background in gymnastics is a plus
- You’re totally open to being a goofball and love giving high 5’s
- Kids really like you, and their parents like you, too
- You love to have fun, but you know when to buckle down and get the work done
