Responsibilities

- Teach children’s gymnastics and movement classes using our structured curriculum
- Create a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment for every child
- Provide excellent customer service to parents and families
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and team members
- Treat each class and child like it’s their first day — every time
- Assist with events, birthday parties, and special programs as needed
- Experience working with children preferred (education, childcare, coaching, camps, daycare, preschool, etc.)
- Background in child development, education, physical education, dance, or gymnastics is a plus
- Energetic, positive, and comfortable leading groups of children
- Able to be active, lift equipment, and move throughout your shift
- Reliable, professional, and great with communication
