With more than 300 locations worldwide, The Little Gym is the premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. For over 40 years, we've helped millions of children build confidence, develop new skills, and discover their potential through gymnastics-based movement, play, and learning.
Our Parent/Child, Pre-K, and Grade School programs are taught in a clean, safe, nurturing environment where children are encouraged to learn and grow at their own pace.

Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, inspire, and support a team of instructors and customer service staff
- Coach team members to deliver exceptional classes, customer service, and member experiences
- Foster a positive, energetic, and professional culture focused on excellence
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Lead by example and uphold The Little Gym standards in every aspect of the business
- Ensure every family receives an outstanding experience from their first visit through every stage of their membership journey
- Oversee daily operations and maintain a clean, safe, welcoming facility
- Support enrollment, retention, and member engagement initiatives
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and community partners
- Treat every family as if it's their first day, every day
- Manage all birthday parties from inquiry to execution
- Oversee special events, camps, parent nights out, open houses, and community programs
- Ensure every event delivers a memorable and exceptional experience
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, supplies, and event logistics
- Support local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Build meaningful relationships within the community
- Develop partnerships with schools, businesses, apartment communities, and local organizations
- Represent The Little Gym at community events, festivals, and outreach opportunities
- Help grow awareness of The Little Gym through grassroots marketing and relationship building
- Teach engaging, high-energy classes using The Little Gym's proven curriculum and teaching methods
- Create a safe, educational, and fun environment where every child can succeed
- Deliver exceptional customer service and membership experiences
- Maintain the highest standards of program quality and consistency
- You are a natural leader who enjoys helping others succeed

Preferred Experience
- Leadership, management, or team supervision experience preferred
- Experience working with children, families, recreation, education, fitness, hospitality, or customer service
- Experience planning events, birthday parties, or community programs preferred
- Marketing, sales, or community outreach experience a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Weekend availability required
Salary : $22 - $26
