Programs offer children a Springboard to Lifeâs Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.
For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʌ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe. - Consistent weekly hours available
- Must be available some mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
- Lead fun, structured Parent-Child classes for ages 4 monthsâ3 years
- Guide parents on how to support their childâs development through movement
- Lead songs, activities, and basic gymnastics skill-building
- Create a warm, welcoming, and positive class environment
- Build strong relationships with families and celebrate milestones
- Loves babies, toddlers, and working closely with parents
- Outgoing, engaging, and comfortable leading groups
- Positive, patient, and encouraging personality
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented
- Must be comfortable being active, silly, and engaging for full class periods
