Barista & Market Associate

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable team member who enjoys helping customers, preparing great coffee, and sharing Greek food and products. This hands-on role helps keep our market welcoming, clean, and customer-ready.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffees, espresso drinks, and specialty beverages.
• Prepare and heat panini sandwiches using a panini press.
• Welcome customers, answer questions, and recommend Greek foods, beverages, and specialty products.
• Process purchases accurately using our checkout system.
• Restock shelves and keep products organized and neatly displayed.
• Keep the front counter, coffee station, and food preparation areas clean throughout the shift.
• Complete end-of-shift cleanup, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning equipment, and taking out trash.
• Follow food safety procedures and assist with other daily market tasks as needed.

• Willingness to learn about Greek products and help customers discover something new.
• Ability to move between customer service, food preparation, stocking, and cleaning.
• Previous coffee shop, food service, or retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand during shifts and safely handle products and supplies.
