Job Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Front of House Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, unconventional environment and is passionate about hospitality, beverage culture, and community. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll help lead our team, oversee daily operations, maintain service standards, and create an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine, experience with POS systems and cash handling, and the ability to stay organized and take initiative in a busy environment.
This position requires nights, weekends, and some holidays, with opportunities for long-term growth within The Little Fleet.
Responsibilities -
- Support in day-to-day operations
- Lead the floor and maintain a high standard of hospitality
- Train, support and develop staff
- Assist with scheduling and staff communication
- Manage inventory, ordering and product organization
- Oversee cash handling, deposits and POS systems
- Maintain opening, closing and operational standards
- Support beverage development and menu changes
- Help execute events and special programming
- Handle guest concerns and staff issues with confidence and care
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and liquor license compliance
- Work collaboratively with food trucks, vendors and community partners
- Step in, problem-solve and keep things moving when it gets busy
Skills -
- Experienced hospitality manager
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer and wine
- High-volume service experience
- Confident, kind and direct leadership

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
