Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Retail Sales Stylist and Key Holder to join our team. This role combines customer engagement, sales expertise, and store leadership to create an exceptional shopping environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, possess strong communication skills, and have experience in retail sales and supervising responsibilities.
Duties
- Provide personalized styling advice and product demonstrations to enhance customer experience
- Hand select merchandise from clients to keep company inventory elevated and pristine. Know and understand best selling brands and styles
- Familiarity of luxury consignment industry and pricing procedures.
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cash register operations accurately
- Upsell products by understanding customer needs and promoting relevant merchandise
- Maintain visual merchandising standards through stocking, organizing, and presenting products attractively
- Support store operations as a key holder by opening and closing the store responsibly
- Manage stock levels, perform inventory counts, and ensure proper stock rotation
- Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining professional phone etiquette and effective communication skills
Requirements
- Prior retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or specialty retail environments such as aesthetician or spa settings, luxury hotel or fashion boutiques
- Leadership experience in a retail setting is highly desirable
- Proficiency with POS system and retail math calculations
- Strong knowledge of retail store product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash register operations and sales transactions
- Bilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
