Due to our continued growth, we currently have a need for a Subcontracts Manager for our Syosset, LI Office.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Subcontracts Manager to support subcontractor and subconsultant management across project lifecycles, including pre-award contract review, execution, and closeout. This role will work closely with project teams to ensure contracts are clear, compliant, and effectively managed throughout delivery.

Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting subcontractor and subconsultant agreements
- Review subcontract and subconsultant agreements prior to execution
- Support contract redlining and coordination with internal stakeholders
- Assist with subcontract setup and ensure required documentation is complete
- Support handoff to Project Managers and project teams
- Support communication between subcontractors and internal teams
- Assist in tracking and processing sub-agreements
- Help review subcontractor requests against contract terms
- 3–5 years of experience in contract administration and subcontract coordination
- Paralegal certification preferred
- Basic understanding of contracts and ability to review key terms
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with project or contract management tools
- AEC experience preferred

- We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment
- Compensation: Minimum: $85,000; Maximum: $95,000. The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidates’ qualifications and location.
